We have made arrangements with Spanish-speaking estate agents to introduce you to their properties, accompany you to their offices, on visits to houses, and anywhere else where translation is required. This means that, with our help, you can buy a house on the Spanish market at Spanish prices!

At the time of writing, an agent specialising in British sales is asking £63,800 for a house which we can buy for £52,800! (Approximate prices). If its not worth using our services for such a saving, money must grow on trees in your garden!

 
 
Charges

There is no direct charge for our services, as (if we are lucky) we are paid by the agent from his commission. NOTE that it is normal for the BUYER to pay part of the agent's fees in Spain, as these include almost all of the legal services, and MOST AGENTS will ADD these to the asking price.

PRICES shown on this website INCLUDE agent's fees unless otherwise stated. You should budget for roughly an extra 10% on top of the advertised price, to cover tax (7% on house sales), registration, and notario's fee, but, depending on your circumstances, this will normally be an over-estimation.
